Reiki

Reiki – ‘Rei’ means ‘universal’ and ‘Ki’ means ‘life force energy’, making the definition of the word Reiki the ‘universal life force energy’. You may have already come across the word Ki before but not realized it, as it’s been identified by all cultures and has many different names such as:

  • Qi or Chi in Chinese.
  • Prana in Sanskrit.
  • Mana in Hawaiian

These different names represent the same meaning – life force energy.

Reiki is a simple non-religious therapeutic treatment, which will work whether you believe in it or not. It is universal and will not conflict with any religious beliefs you may hold.

Reiki could benefit some conditions such as –

  • Headaches.
  • Sleep problems
  • Panic Attacks.
  • Relieve pain (physical and emotional)
  • Reduce Anxiety.
  • Emotional Issues.
  • Rebalance and enhance the body’s energy
  • Calm the mind and body.
  • Nervous Disposition.
  • Promotes Deep Relaxation.
  • Aid detoxification.
  • Generally improves health and well-being.

Reiki complements standard medical treatment; however it should never be used as a substitute to medical care

If you have any questions about Reiki or wish to book an appointment, please contact me and I will always be willing to discuss and answer any queries or concerns that you have. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

With a heavy heart i've had to stop offering all services until further notice.

These are very strange and worrying times, however please know i'm just a phone call and Skype call away if you wish to talk or are interested in techniques to help you cope during this lockdown. There is no charge for this service so feel free to get in touch and i'll be very happy to help in anyway i can.

We are all in this together and we will get through this together with love, kindness and supporting each other in anyway we can.

I look forward to seeing you all when it is safe to do so and normal practices will return, until then keep safe!

Lots of love and virtual hugs Jane x
