I found you to be an extremely empathic and accomplished therapist and I would recommend you to anyone. There is so much to be said for alternative therapies, like Reflexology and Reiki; they can help you in so many ways where traditional medicine fails. The sessions left me feeling vital and energetic, I also felt that my MS pain symptoms were somewhat reduced the day after each session. I thank my lucky stars for finding Jane!

Thanks Jane, my feet and state of mind are living proof that your reflexology is a wonderful experience. It was great to feel completely relaxed, be taken away from the stresses of everyday life and to have time for me.

I have been to visit Jane and she is such a lovely person she welcomes you and puts you at ease the moment you meet her, her calmness in voice put me at ease right away I felt very nervous about going, but I felt much calmer on leaving and I am looking forward to my next session with her. I decided to contact Jane for some advice and guidance having suffered with mood/anger issues over a 12 month period due to an unpleasant family situation. After 1 EFT session my previous relaxed and happy demeanor returned. I’m now totally at ease with myself. Thank you Jane once again.

You will never meet a more understanding, considerate and bubbly character than Jane. In just one EFT session, i have stopped bitting my nails and 2-3 hynotherapy sessions have cut my bad eating habits. I've also had Reiki with Jane, which gives you a fantastic and relaxing feeling. i can't stress enough how great Jane and the sessions are. Thanks for everything xx

Thank you so much for enabling me to over-come my fear of needles and blood, I wish I had come to you earlier so as not to pass my phobia on to my children.The Reiki sessions are a truly relaxing experience I always feel very calm and better equiped to deal with life and its challenges after. Thanks Jane for listening and understanding about my problems with controling my anxieties. It was and instant relief just making the steps to visit you, and an even greater one to actually feel the EFT and hypnotherapy work. If only I thought about this earlier in my life, but better late than never. Cheers.

I had 2 sessions of hypnotherapy and eft for my serious blushing problem. its been about two weeks since and its definately getting better. it hasnt gone completely but im doing the eft daily and feel so much better in myself. I'd definatley recommend hynoptherapy, especially with jane she makes you feel so relaxed and at ease. im very grateful to her. thank you.

Hi Jane, Just wanted to say thanks for helping me overcome my fear of spiders, before our session I couldn't sleep in a room if I knew there was a spider present but now, not only can I be in a room with one I'll even pick one up and put it outside. That is amazing progress for just one session of EFT!! Many thanks.

Jane, thank you so very much for your help and support with my 'weight war'!!! After trying every diet available to man (& woman), I can't believe I'm only 3lb away from losing my 2nd stone!! Going from being a complete chocoholic (on the hour, every hour)to not wanting or needing it, is simply amazing & is testament to your help, nurturing & belief in me. I love our sessions Jane. I have known Jane personally for nearly 15 years. Jane has endured many hardhsips throughout her own life but has always had the courage and determination to draw strength from her experiences and use it to positively change not only her own life, but those around her.
